About the establishment
Situated in the middle of our bohemian village with beautiful views, Lymehaven is a 'home from home' boutique self-catering backpackers that sleeps 10 people, making it cozy and welcoming.
Browse the arty shops, enjoy a selection of top restaurants and take your pick of FIVE beaches and FIVE tidal pools within walking distance! During the whale season you can watch whales playing right in front of your eyes! Kalk Bay is also a highly regarded surfing spot. There are mountain walks and cave exploring expeditions. You can also visit our colony of African penguins and other famous tourist spots.
The Kalk Bay station is only two minutes walk away. The train runs between Simonstown (another must-visit historic navy village only three stops away) and Cape Town city central - making it easy and convenient to visit all the other exciting spots in Cape Town, such as Table Mountain, the Slave Museum, Waterfront, Company Gardens, planetarium, Robben Island and many more!
At Lymehaven, we have a variety of options for you to choose from!Option One: Six Bed Dorm with a beautiful balcony and stunning sea views!

Option Two: Private Twin with sea views, a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and beautiful balcony

Mid season (1 October - 14 December and 16 January - 14 April) From R550.00 per room per night
High season (15 December to 15 January). From R650.oo per room per night.

Option Three: Our romantic couple luxury double en suite (separate entrance, en suite private bathroom with own private sea view balcony PLUS use of communal lounge and kitchen upstairs)
