Blougans B&B is situated in the heart of shark country. The town is famous for shark cage diving and the coasts are visited seasonally by whales. Here you will find the Big Marine-5. You can get to view them in their natural habitat from land, sea or air or even horse back. There is a beach a stone throw away from the accommodation. You can take a beautiful nature walk along the coast and view our indigenous fynbos. There is a cave to explore and for those lazy days you can visit the wine farms and taste some of our local wines. There are some quaint restuarants were you can taste the local cuisine. Hermanus is a short drive away where you can explore locol art exhibitions and a selection of outdoor markets with street muscians and festivals. There is a golf course at Franskraal about 5km away.
