The Magnificent Contemporary-styled Island Way Villa is set on the highest ridge in Port Elizabeth with 180 degrees sea-view and spectacular night tranquillity.  Guests are afforded the elegance, privacy and comfort of a luxury modern-day existence in our gracious quiet setting.  1 large Presidential Suite with spa bathroom, and one extra length King-size bed and underfloor heating.  A sliding door leads onto a private patio with access to the pool area and sea views.  2 Double Executive Family Units with extra length Queen size bed can accommodate 2 adults in each room with sliding doors onto private patio - sea view and access to pool area - a private bathroom and seperate toilet.  One large King size family unit has a extra length King size bed and one double sleeper couch and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12 year old.  This unit has an en-suite bathroom with shower only, toilet and vanity.  One Large Queen Family Unit has an extra length Queen size bed, and a living area with a double sleeper couch.  This unit can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.  2 Sliding doors onto a private patio overlooking the garden and lapa/braai area.

Four lounge areas, 3 fire places, a pool table and games available for our guests.  The pool and jacuzzi is heated and pool towels will be provided.
