Nukakamma Guesthouse and Self-catering apartments located in Colchester, the heart of the Sundays river valley, welcomes all guests to the stunning Eastern Cape with its abundance of wildlife, vast variety of vegetation and rich cultural heritage. The name Nukakamma is the name given to the Sunday River by the indigenous Xhosa people literally meaning “Grassy water”. The name refers to the banks of the river that are always green, despite the arid terrain it runs through.
