Drakenzicht is a privately owned golf course and lodge in Schoemanskloof offering overnight stays for travellers as well as weekend or holiday accommodation for families or groups. It is set high up on a mountain top at 1380m above sea level on 250 hectares. Right on the edge of the Drakensberg Escarpment where the grasslands of the Mpumalanga Highveld meets the warm Lowveld.

Conveniently situated just 7km off the N4 road to Nelspruit it is a 2½ hour drive from Pretoria and O.R. Tambo international airport making it the perfect stop-over on route from Johannesburg / Pretoria to the Kruger National Park, Mozambique or Swaziland.

An ideal golf destination or weekend breakaway for the whole family with activities including golf, fishing, swimming, walking trails, birding.
Conference facilities for smaller groups and functions is available and the mountain climate with some misty mornings and cosy evenings around the fireplace makes this a memorable stay.
