Otjimbondona Kalahari is situated 120km south east of Windhoek and 80km from Hosea Kutako Airport on a 3000 hectare private nature reserve on the fringes of the Namibian Kalahari.
The Manor House is built on a red sand dune boasting with a 360 degree view. It consists of a large lounge and dining area all surrounded by glass doors that can all open to step right onto the surrounding deck or jump into the eye-catching infinity pool. The two old rooms, dating back to 1923, are now a cosy library and the reception / curio shop. In the east wing of the Manor House are rest rooms a sauna and a gym with most modern gym equipment. This area can also be transformed into a conference, meeting or function room. A boma for grills under the stars is part of the main area.
Four Villas - four themes - landscape, nguni cattle, fauna + flora and people - are carefully deocorated, each to depict its theme. Each Villa has its own lounge with a fireplace and DSTV, a stunning bedroom with en-suite bath all surrounded by glass doors that can be opened to step on the deck or cool off in the private plunge pool. All Villas are built to fit into the landscape and are far enough apart for absolute privacy.
