Lighthouse Reef and Esperanza Beach Resorts are adjacent sister resorts, offering luxury chalets situated on high dunes overlooking the warm and blue Indian Ocean, creating a mosquito-free and safe platform an ideal family tropical vacation.

The widely spaced chalets are nestled in natural bush with excellent sea views, creating a sense of privacy and tranquility.

The lodge is situated opposite the Paindane Bay. This bay is protected with the Paindane Reef which creates a safe swimming area and unique snorkeling opportunities. The bay also ensures a safe Platform from which to launch boats both at high and low tides. Game fishing with kayaks is therefore also a great attraction.

The beach bar is situated right on the beach and traditional Mozambican meals can be enjoyed while watching the whales and dolphins from the deck.

The houses are up-market luxury holiday houses with tiled floors, tiled bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, fridge and freezer), open plan living areas - dining room & a lounge, the bedrooms are equipped with linen & mosquito nets, each house has a patio with beautiful sea views and built in braais - perfect for whale watching from your front door.

All internet can then be done by 3G. Remember to bring your own computer and connection.

This is a safe environment – the resort security guards patrol to ensure your safety while you enjoy your holiday.
