Said to be the most beautiful place in South Africa, this luxury lodge offers magnificent ocean views from all suites. It is remote, secluded and tranquil - a piece of paradise at the eastern threshhold of the scenic Garden Route. Each suite is unique, all with private balconies. Situated on the eastern edge of the Tsitsikamma National Park in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, some 160 kilometers west of Port Elizabeth on an estate spanning over three kilometers of spectacular oceanfront, this four-star rated six suite luxury lodge presents the ultimate in natural beauty, peace and tranquility, affording 80 kilometer views of the coastline all the way to Cape St. Francis in the east and 80 kilometer to Plettenberg Bay in the west. To the south the views are limitless.  All suites have gorgeous ocean views. Four suites on the first floor have ocean views and private balconies, the Master Suite on the main level has a private access to the Grande Verandah and the Ocean Suite has a private sea-side entrance in addition to entrance through the lodge.

The self-catering two- and three-bedroom cottages are not rated, but probably would be three stars if they were. Situated on the north-east part of the estate, each one is uniquely appointed, affording ocean, mountain and/or forest views. Note that the cottages do not have televisions. Guest have used their own flat-screen televisions and portable satellite dishes with success. Each cottage has its own barbecue and we have plenty of wood. The lodge has a fully licensed bar and championship-sized snooker table within walking distance for your entertainment. The nearest store in 7 kilometers away and is only open from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. The nearest town is 30 kilometers away, so make sure you shop before you arrive.
