De Haven Oost Vintage Village is a unique 10ha Wedding Venue and Estate. We have designed a quaint Little Arts & Crafts Town reminiscent of yesteryear .....  pure nostalgia!

Our guest facilities and services includes: Wedding Venue, Guest Suites, Self Catering Units, Semi - Self Catering Units, Chapel, Corporate accommodation for Companies, Contractors, Film Crews etc.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR REALTIME BOOKING:

1.    Go to our website: www.dehavenoost.co.za. Click on the BOOK NOW/CHECK AVAILABILITY button. Book and pay your deposit to confirm your Unit,   or .../
2.    A 50% non-refundable internet or credit card payment must be made to confirm your booking date and unit.
3.    Final Payment to be made into our bank account 7 days before your arrival and POP emailed to: .                                                 
4.    By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of this document.
5.    Payment Reference: Use your Unit no, surname under which you booked and date as reference. i.e. NoFBotha6May’15.                                                                                                            

Suite A with en –suite Spa Bath Max 2 Guests: This Ethnic Unit consist of 1 Double Bed with an en-suite bathroom with Spa Bath. Tea & Coffee facilities. Room Only

Suite B with en –suite Spa Shower Max 4 Guests: This Ethnic Unit consist of 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Beds with an en-suite bathroom with Shower. Tea & Coffee facilities. Room Only

Suite C with en-suite Spa Shower Max 4 Guests: Unit C consist of 2 Double beds with an en-suite bathroom with Shower. Tea & Coffee facilities as well as a Bar fridge, microwave and 2 plate stove is available in the Unit.  54cm TV and DSTV dish. Please bring your own decoder cables and smartcard. Room Only

Suite D with en-suite Spa Bath and Shower Max 4 Guests: Unit D consist of 2 Double Beds with an en-suite bathroom with Spa bath and shower. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cancellation Policy: ONLY email cancellations will be accepted:
2 months before stay date: 60% of deposit is refundable.
1 month before stay date: 30% of deposit is refundable.
29 days before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable

Check Inn and Out Times : Check Inn Time:  From 14:00 until 16:00                  
Check Out Time:   Strictly 9:00
(We do consider special requests for earlier Check-in times when possible)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Please bring own DSTV decoder, cables and smartcard. DSTV dish and TV’s available in Unit C,D,E,F,G and H.
No SABC channels are available without a decoder.

Breakage and Keys
KEYS: IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
On day of departure please leave your keys in your room and lock the door when you leave the unit. R 250 will be for your account and payable by you if you do not leave the key in the unit.

Breakage / shortage / will be for your account.

Domestic Services units are cleaned daily
Monday to Friday        8:30 - 15:30                            Saturday 9:00 - 12:30

SAFETY & SECURITY
Your safety and security is as important to us as your comfort.  We offer a safe and secure facility to our Guests. We do however urge you to take precaution of yourself and your belongings. Always make sure that you lock your vehicle and suite and that you keep your keys safe and out of sight. The Palisade gates open and close with an electronic controller (attached to your room keys). Please close the Gate behind you so that outsiders are deterred from entering. Speed limit: All roads 20km

SEWERAGE SYSTEMS CAUTION!!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:  PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THIS FACILITY CLEAN AND HEALTHY PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE ANY OBJECTS IN THE TOILET

Furniture and Equipment
If a guest damage the linen/furniture/appliances in the unit the guest will be held fully responsible for the cost to repair or replace the damaged goods.

Please keep all the furniture and equipment as they are as they get damaged when moved frequently. Furniture or linen may not be removed from the Units.

Lost Property
Please ensure to take all personal and valuable belongings as De Haven Oost and its owners and personnel will not take any responsibility for personal belongings left behind. De Haven Oost do not accept responsibility for any losses, damage to person and personal property or inconvenience due to power failures and / or acts of God.

No Smoking in the Units
De Haven Oost reserves the right to issue a warning to smokers violating any smoke free zone, should any guest continue to disregard the no smoking act.

Inventory
Please check your Unit’s inventory immediately on arrival and report any discrepancy.
