The units are situated in a quiet secluded area within easy walking distance from the Kariega River and Lagoon, the main Blue Flag Beach and the shops and restaurants. Dunwerkin (as in "done working") consists of two 2-bedroom units which are completely separate.

Each unit has:

1 Double bedroom en-suite with a king-size bed which can be changed to 2 single beds if required.

1 Double bedroom en-suite with 2 single beds which can be converted into a kingsize bed. A campcot can be provided for babies and toddlers.

Open plan fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, mixer, hotplate and many other mod cons provided). In the event of power cuts two emergency lights, torches, candles, a gas ring and light and a hotpot are provided. An "Honesty Bar" is also provided.

Comfortable living area with full DSTV, DVD player, playing cards, games and up to date quality magazines provided.

Private patio with stainless steel braai and Weber kettle braai, comfortable patio furniture, infra red patio heater and retractable all weather awning.

Under-floor heating and ceiling fans in living areas and bedrooms.
