Above, there is a spacious kitchen and deck with a view over the tops of the trees to the ocean. Two further bedrooms and bathrooms are found on this level.
The secure parking in the front of the house accommodates up to 5 cars. The house is secured by an alarm with armed response and CCTV cameras on all sides.
The 5 large bedrooms accommodate up to 10 people, with enough space to relax upstairs on the deck, next to the pool or in front of the 2 large flat screen TVs. The beach is a short 200 metre walk away.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge and wine fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and all necessary cooking equipment. A solar energy system ensures an uninterrupted power supply.
