Nieuwewerf is a premium collection of luxury, accessible, fully contained, self-catering guesthouses. Three guesthouses are part of our masterclass portfolio:- Nieuwehuyz, Nieuwerust and Nieuweschuur
Nieuwewerf comprises three separate fully self-contained luxury Karoostyle guesthouses in Prince Albert. Nieuwewerf (‘new yard’) includes Nieuwehuyz (‘new home’), Nieuwerust (‘new rest’) and Nieuweschuur (‘new barn’).
Nieuwewerf incorporates universal accessible and green architectural elements in the design.
Consideration and attention to detail is given to lighting, gradients and level differences, height of switches and controls, as well as ventilation and climate control (air conditioning, paddle fans and natural flow).
Bedrooms are spacious with modern en-suite bathrooms. Bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails, lever taps, adjustable hand- as well as overhead showers.
Dining areas are spacious with fully equipped kitchens. Enclosed courtyards and private spaces are provided.
