River and borehole water / solar power, full DSTV but no Wifi, 3G signal not very strong. On its doorstep you will find a wide variety of outdoor activities, including hiking/biking. The house is in a unique location, 10 km away from Robertson in the mountains. It overlooks your own dam and stunning mountain range. Access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails from the house (the cape epic used to pass the house).
The house is fully off the grid with solar power for electricity and river water/borehole water. The feeling of being fully in touch with nature is an incredible feeling.
The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms inside (2 queen beds, 2 single beds) and an outside room (under same roof but with outside entrance) with bunk beds so ideal for noisy teenagers.
The house is luxurious but obviously electricity needs to be used sparingly. Full DSTV. No Wifi.
