Sea’s the day is a great open plan house within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The main beach is about 10 minutes walk away. An upstairs and downstairs fire place makes this house cosy in winter and great for entertaining.
On a warm and still summers evening you can throw the downstairs doors open to smell the fresh mountain air mixed with a distant rumble of the sea in the back ground. There is a small safe lawn for children to play on.Map

Space is the new luxury
Space is the new luxury in the 21st century, and this house is spacious, stylish and uncluttered (without being trendy). It's just very comfortable. It's perfect for a family or even two couples. There are two living areas, both with fireplaces. So it is a perfect winter destination.
The outside areas - at ground and first floor levels - is almost completely sheltered when the south-easter does blow, so you don't have to sit behind closed doors.
The kitchen is very well equipped and, if meals are the focus of your weekend away, prepare for a feast!
I'm still looking for the perfect shower and the one in Seas the Day is among the best I've used anywhere.
And I loved the white floors!
