The cottage sleeps 10: 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus an additional 4 people on a mezzanine which has 3 further beds and a pull out mattress.
Guests have exclusive use of the property.
MAXIMUM 2 DOGS ALLOWED by arrangement and there is a charge of R100 per pet per stay.

We are right next to Ukhahlamba- Drakensberg park where fantastic hiking trails can be accessed.
Sani Pass is well worth a trip and there are a number of operators in Underberg and Himeville who will organize this for you.
There are several restaurants in the area as well as cycling, horse riding trails and river adventure guides.
Other things to note
Access to Splashy Fen Cottage is via a main road and farm track totalling approximately 20km in distance.
Neither roads are tarred and can be in poor condition, especially after heavy ran. The cottage is accessible in a normal car, slowly and with care, but a high clearance vehicle is strongly advised at all times of the year.
There is no wi-fi and phone reception at the cottage is poor, however there is good phone reception on parts of the track leading to the property.
Children must be supervised at all times because the property is close to a river and does not have a secure fence.
The mezzanine are in the living room is accessed by ladder and the wooden rails at the edge of the platform mean that small children need to be supervised at all times.
All pets must be controlled and not allowed to wander as we are surrounded by farms with livestock. Pets must not be allowed on the furniture.
