Eat Out editor Abigail Donnelly and Eat Out San Pellegrino Chef of the Year Chantel Dartnall, will be hosting the exclusive launch of Restaurant Mosaic’s 2015 spring menu, entitled Origins, on the day of the southern spring equinox, Wednesday 23 September 2015. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards the hunger-eradication programme, Stop Hunger Now Southern Africa.
This is the second in a series of Eat Out and Stop Hunger Now SA events, following the announcement of their partnership at the 2014 Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards in November last year. The special dinner at Restaurant Mosaic at The Orient Boutique Hotel in Elandsfontein, west of Pretoria, will feature six courses by chef Chantel Dartnall, each of them paired with a fine wine from the restaurant’s private cellar by sommelier Germain Lehodey.
The Eat Out dinner in aid of Stop Hunger Now SA will be held on Wednesday 23 September 2015 at 7pm for 7.30pm at Restaurant Mosaic at The Orient in Pretoria at a cost of R1500 per person, with all proceeds going to Stop Hunger Now SA.
