Ease into summer with us. Executive chef Stef Marais of Societi Bistro is back in our kitchen for the weekend. Join him in putting some French class into Karoo ingredients.
Spend the weekend with us in the Karoo town of Prince Albert for one of our invited chef master class weekends. Come for a gourmet getaway weekend. Cost includes 2 nights luxurious accommodation, all meals, cooking classes and activities. Chef Stef Marais will share recipes using simple slow cooking methods and local produce to create a magical Mediterranean flavour.
Course starts on Friday at 12.00 and ends on Sunday after a Karoo brunch.
