BEST 2-STAR HOTEL IN WELKOM

Stanville Inn is one of the few hotels and guesthouses that survived the downturn in the gold mining industry.

We are a 2-star graded hotel situated in Welkom in the heart of the Goldfields region. We are proud to say that we are the best 2-star hotel in the Gold Fields.

Over the past 25 years we have built up a loyal base of customers that make regular returns.

We are especially suited to larger groups such as conferences and sport groups. We can accommodate up to 64 people sharing. Our conference facility can accommodate 36 U-shape, 66 class room and 100 I cinema style (chairs only)

We have also recently embarked on a renovation project. The first phase included ground floor rooms and bathrooms, reception and dining area. The rest to follow shortly.

Our 33 rooms are equipped with TV, DSTV ( one channel ), telephones, bath/shower or shower and air-cons.

Tea/coffee facilities in room. We also provide a laundry service, fax and copy service and wifi.

We offer an English breakfast 7 days a week and supper from Monday to Thursday. Bookings are essential.

We also cater for groups over weekends if arranged in advance.

For any visitor to Welkom we are ideally situated on the main road from Kroonstad, 2.5 km from the centre of town and the Goldfields mall, 10 km from Phakisa raceway and 10 km from the Oppenheimer golf course.
