Morokolo is a boutique luxury game lodge situated in the private concession of the Pilanesberg National Park called the Black Rhino Game Reserve. We are a 2½ hours' drive from Johannesburg in the Platinum province called the North West, and a recent winner of the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

With eight luxury double suites plus a lounge and entertainment area, Morokolo Game Lodge is the ideal wildlife safari getaway destination for couples, families and small corporate/tourist groups throughout the year. We offer exciting daily big 5 vehicle safaris with our own dedicated game ranger, scrumptious dinner and breakfast at the reserve restaurant, and the peace and tranquillity of the African bush, all included in our DBB rates. The lodge also features a refreshing splash pool, intimate Jacuzzi and fully stocked honesty bar. Walking safaris are available on request, and other popular activities in the area include hot air balloon safaris, walking safaris and elephant interaction experiences. With a species count of over 354, the Black Rhino Game Reserve is also a true birder’s paradise. For a truly South African experience the traditional “braai” can also be arranged at the lodge as an alternative dinner option.
