Avemore at Jan Cats is a spacious stunningly decorated Apartment, that sleeps a total of 6 guests.  It has a beautiful balcony with outdoor Furniture, which is perfect for "people watching" and lazy brunches.

There are three lovely decorated bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a king bed, crisp white linen, soft towels, gowns and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For warm summer evenings there are air cons in all three bedrooms and for those chilly winter stays, each bed has a electric blanket.  Jan Cats has two bathrooms.  Safe parking is allocated for one vehicle and the building is serviced with a lift.

Avemore at Jan Cats is ideally located in the heart of the historic old quarter in Stellenbosch. This beautiful apartment offers a feeling of space with absolute care taken in the decor and design of the unit. There are not many units as spacious as Jan Cats no 5 available in this most popular street, six guests can be accommodated here. For longer stays this apartment is ideal, you can reach all the delightful shops and restaurants by strolling around, you don't need a car!!

A large lounge, offers guests that added comfort, to make their stay extra special. Patio doors opens onto an amazing, very large balcony with outdoor furniture, here you can "people watch", enjoy a glass of wine, and just relax and enjoy the true Stellenbosch vibe..

Child Policy:
Children Aged between 0-18 years old, pay's a 100% of the sharing rate.

Cancellation Policy:
-If Cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date, you are liable for a 100% of the Quoted rate. -If Cancelled 15 days or longer before arrival date, you are liable for 75% of the Quoted rate.

Pre-Payment Policy:
Our policy is full pre-payment of the accommodation by EFT, to secure your booking.  Bank Transfers from foreign countries need to pay an additional bank charge of R492 - 00 per transaction or direct deposit into our bank account.  Credit Card Payments are also accepted.
