An exclusive 3 bedroom, double storey self-catering holiday villa situated in Selborne Park Golf Estate with breathtaking views of the bordering fairway. The house is fully air-conditioned, has TV with full DSTV, daily cleaning services and access to the Private Beach Club in Pennington.

Villa Favola is an exclusive 3 bedroom, double story holiday villa situated in the heart of Selborne Park Golf Estate. The house faces a wide expanse of golf course offering glorious views.

Expansive wooden doors open to a small entrance way which leads up to the open-plan lounge and dining room area. The lounge is stylishly furnished and has a TV with full DSTV bouquet. The dining room has an 8 seater dining room table and leads onto the fully equipped kitchen and an undercover verandah with built in braai area that leads out to the golf course.

The main guest bedroom downstairs has built-in cupboards and dresser. Large glass sliding doors open out to the garden offering a glorious start to the day. A seperate bathroom with shower is situated directly across the passageway. Upstairs is the spacious main bedroom with en-suite leads out to an undercover narrow verandah with spectacular views of the surrounding golf course. The bedroom has built-in cupboards and dresser and is decorated in calming tones of crisp white and greens. The second guest bedroom is upstairs leads out to an undercover verandah with spectacular views of the golf course and has built-in cupboards.
