Registration Process:
- Guests must present themselves at reception to complete or confirm their registration
- Registration includes:
- Completion of guest form
- Copies of identity document OR birth-certificate OR drivers licence OR passport (must be provided or copies made at reception office)
- Full payment must be settled for booking on receipt of invoice (before keys are handed to guest).
PS: We have a swiping credit / debit card machine at our reception - An additional refundable cash key deposit of R100 must be paid at reception on arrival (this is returned on departure if manager is satisfied that there are no breakages or loss & that there has been material compliance with our Policy)
