Your rooming options range from standard and luxury rooms sleeping two, and a pair of family suites that can sleep four apiece. Also 2 houses, they free-standing and come with two bedrooms - a King room and a second with king & bunk beds.

Each unit is kitted with a fully-equipped kitchenette, flatscreen satellite TV and DVD player and WiFi access. Most of the finishes and furnishings have been locally sourced from resident entrepreneurs and artists, lending a nice country originality to A Hilltop

Your stay at A Hilltop will begin with a steaming cuppa Jo and complimentary homemade rusks. If you find yourself in one of the family suites or houses, you can look forward to enjoying your afternoon tea in front of the fireplace.

All of the units have their own outdoor braai area and access to the splash pool. For an additional charge, your hosts will stock your fridge with an array of breakfast treats for you to prepare. Then again, Swellendam has an excellent network of eateries to explore...
