Do you want to spoil yourself and your partner?

Goblin's Creek boasts four magnificent bedrooms with log fireplaces, designed for the romantic at heart. Each en-suite bathroom has a Victorian-style bath.

A huge green garden invites you to relax in the shade or to cool off in the refreshing pool.

Goblin’s Creek, situated in quiet peaceful surroundings of Stompneusbaai, welcomes guests with a sherry on arrival. As you enter the open living area a spacious and very comfortable sitting room with huge overstuffed sofas invitingly beckon you to sit cosily with a good book and liqueur in front of a huge roaring log fire in winter. Or, equally inviting in summertime, light and airy with French doors opening onto the large surrounding veranda and garden. Close by in a lovely sheltered spot is the swimming pool for cooling off on the hot summer days or just lounging around relaxing and sunbathing.

A spacious open plan well-equipped kitchen invites for self-catering use, there is a complimentary self help breakfast available, which consists of tea, coffee, juice, toast, cereals, yogurts, jams and savoury spreads. There are games and books available for a relaxed time in front of the log fireplace.

Goblin’s Creek boasts four magnificent bedrooms designed for the romantic at heart. Each bedroom has a huge king size four-poster bed draped with silk mosquito netting and puffy down duvet with white percale covering and of course a log fireplace. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom with old-fashioned ball and claw bath and lots of candles complete the setting making bedtime and bath time an absolute indulgence! Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves of the nearby beach and the calling of the owls.

Plenty of parking places are available in front of the house. The huge garden offers everyone a perfect spot where you can relax in the shade or in the sun after a refreshing swim in the pool. The cozy braai-room, decorated with fishing accessories and fishnets, is the perfect place to end a great day.

Take the four minute walk to the nearby beach - Stroll the white sands - view the calving whales who come from August to years end and also large schools of dolphins leaping and chasing close by.  A 2km drive takes you to Brittania Bay, another lovely Whale and Dolphin watch spot. There are good restaurants within a few km radius. The Shelley Point Golf Course is just a few minutes drive away with excellent facilities for relaxing after a game.

A lovely protected cove on the South Western shore of St. Helena Bay - one of the only three natural bays on the mainland coastlines of the world where one can see both sunset and sunrise over the sea. Though only 150 km from Cape Town, St Helena Bay has a milder and warmer climate providing ideal conditions for your stay in the peace of this quiet haven. Well situated for day visits to the West Coast National Park, Cape Columbine Nature Reserve and the quaint fishing village of Paternoster. Or you can join a tour of the internationally renowned paleontological diggings at the nearby Fossil Park.

A Birdwatcher’s paradise, with more than 200 species, visit the hides at Rocher Pan, The Berg River Estuary and salt pans of Velddrif, as well as the golf club in Vredenburg. The free spring-flower veld displays every year are a Botanists dream as is the nearby Darling and Hopefield flower shows.
