The concert on June 30 features the Pauna-Redfern Piano Duo comprising Laura Pauna and James Redfern. As soloists both pianists have been hailed for their exceptional talent. As a duo Redfern and Pauna made their debut at St Martin-in-the-Fields in London last year. They are the winners of many international prizes, including the IBLA competition in Italy, and the Liszt competition in Weimar. Their recital will feature works by Franz Schubert, Maurice Ravel and Igor Stravinsky.
The recital will take place at 17h00 in the newly refurbished Nederburg Manor House, now hosting the Red Table Restaurant. Tickets include a delicious light supper paired with fine Nederburg wines.
