Tomjachu is a four star exclusive private estate set in over 1000 acres of game fenced mountain bushveld, located within the Crocodile Valley Nature Conservancy. Just 20 minutes from Nelspruit it overlooks the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park and the great Crocodile River. Our relaxed, informal and professional crew of staff will make your stay an indelible memory. The majority of our guests return, again and again.

Set in its own valley with breath-taking views across the Bekker Mountains, Tomjachu Bush Lodge with its cottages, is surrounded by beautiful gardens, lawns and terraces, all sharing the greater splendours of nature.
Whether you want to do nothing and unwind listening to the orchestra of over 265 bird species, play croquet or boules, walk amongst non-predatory animals, fish for bass, or go for a game drive in our safari Land Rover with our experienced ranger, or see fish eagles grab a bream on the wing, Tomjachu offers the variety of your choosing.
We accommodate just 16 guests over the Homestead and three delightful cottages. Each has their own character and romance. We are additionally blessed with spectacular bush locations, for braais, bush dinners and picnics, under the stars, waterfalls or open thatch, or breakfast by the water's edge; whether it's just two of you or a party, self-catering or from our homely yet elegant kitchens, good food and great atmosphere are assured.

VALBONNE HOUSE (5 Star TGCSA)
Valbonne House is in a spectacular location that hangs above the distant Bekker Mountains, looking towards the Crocodile Valley Gorge, some twenty minutes from Nelspruit. The property holds much natural beauty, energy and history – including the Voortrekker wagon trails that can still be seen on the farm. This Guest House is a double-storey, six bedroom, classical South African Lowveld home with cool verandas and suites brimming with Family antiques, paintings, local art and a lifetime of memorabilia.
Valbonne House offers the exquisite luxury of a self-catering guest house suitable for 6 couples or 12 guests sharing – fully serviced. The accommodation includes an elegant sitting room, TV room, and study with all bedrooms en-suite, and a fully equipped kitchen. An extensive covered terrace leads to a large braai area set in luscious gardens, with an infinity pool, all overlooking the most spectacular views. Ideal for family travel & corporate breakaways.
